Single Hour Session ($100)

Single sessions are one hour long. Single sessions are mainly intended to gain clarity on strengths, weaknesses, issues and opportunities. Mileage may be charged for in-person visits outside of Sylvan Lake.

Multi-Session Package ($400)

Schedule 5 sessions, each 1 hour long. Some schedules are weekly, biweekly or monthly. We are here to work with you in the ways that make sense for you. Mileage may be charged for in-person visits outside of Sylvan Lake.
